What can we learn from other species such as Dolphins? How do they remain connected to each other even when traveling hundreds of miles apart? What is the language and the frequencies they are using to communicate? How do they know when a human is in trouble and come to save him or her? Are they actually a more evolved species than we are? Many people say that not only are they as intelligent as human beings but that they are much more connected to both the physical world as well as the cosmic universe than humans. Instead of isolating themselves like humans tend to do they are completely integrated into the greater world and entire universe.
Dolphins are connected with the power of breath and with emotional release, which are also both deeply connected. One of the most important factors in spiritual growth is to give ourselves the freedom of fully experiencing our feelings and emotions. Often negative emotions are suppressed as we don’t want to be a part of them, so we try to stay apart from them. Feelings of sadness, pain, anger, and grief need to come out. If we do not allow ourselves to feel naturally it only lays the foundation for disagreeable outcomes. Feeling our feelings keeps us from suppressing feelings, that of course, DO NOT go away. They are still there, subconsciously, manifesting blocked energy within us, and if these blocks aren’t removed, this can go on to physical imbalances. On top of this, by blocking these so called negative feelings, our bodies can result in losing the quality of being able to feel at all, losing much of life’s joy. Becoming dead to the world.
Dolphins live in large cooperative social groups. Healthy adults work to protect and feed injured ones, and the whole pod rallies around mothers and their calves to protect them from predators. They demonstrate a level of selflessness and cooperation that most people struggle to achieve. The dolphin totem shows that coming from a place of love makes it easy to work with others without sacrificing our own needs. Dolphins Wisdom Includes – Knowledge of the sea, change, patron of sailors, harmony, wisdom, balance, communication skills, freedom, trust, understanding the power of rhythm in your life, use of breath to release intense emotions, the water element of magic, and unselfishness. Dolphin reminds us to get out, play and most importantly, to breathe.
How would your life be different if you took a similar approach? Instead of seeing yourself as separate from other species, you saw everyone as connected on an energetic and soul level? Instead of seeing yourself as being separate from nature and trying to control it, you saw yourself completely integrated with the entire planet and the entire cosmos. Why limit yourself to your physical body and a single location in time and space? Instead, see yourself as an unlimited energy being of light that is eternally connected to all that is. You are an essential and beautiful part of the spirit of all creation. See yourself as being completely integrated with the totality and enjoy being immersed in the love that is the substance of ALL creation.
